Vibhaa Techsystems' products are available in multiple levels of ruggedisation. Commercially available systems are modified to be deployed and operated in extreme environments in industrial or military environments. Ruggedisation of commercial systems (COTS) is implemented based on concepts of passive/active thermal management, structurally rigid sub-component assembly, EMI/EMC shielding, water resistance, built-in heaters and conformal coating to protect components in harsh environments. Additionally, they are tested for vibration, shock, altitude, and extreme temperatures to comply with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461.
